Where can I track my shipment?

As soon as we received your order you will receive an e-mail with the actual status of your order. As soon as we shipped your order you will receive a Track & Trace code via e-mail. With this code you can track your order every step of the way.

RETURNS

You can return your Shipping Studio purchase within a time frame of 14 days.

The products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were received.

When it concerns a custom order and the sample has been approved, it is no longer possible to return your order.

If a product is damaged or broken, we advise you to contact us directly at: [email protected]. We will make sure to solve the problem ASAP.

What are the conditions?

The article must be received by us within 14 days of receipt.
The article must be in its original condition and / or packaging.
Custom orders cannot be returned.

Important:

When you return a product, the shipping costs are for your own account. We advise you to return the product to us by registered mail. The responsibility for returning a product lies with the consumer.
