Returns
You can return your Shipping Studio purchase within a time frame of 14 days.

The products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were received. When it concerns a custom order and the sample has been approved, it is no longer possible to return your order.

If a product is damaged or broken, we advise you to contact us directly at: hello@shippingstudio.com. We will make sure to solve the problem ASAP.

What are the conditions?
The article must be received by us within 14 days of receipt.
The article must be in its original condition and / or packaging.
Custom orders cannot be returned.

Important:
When you return a product, the shipping costs are for your own account. We advise you to return the product to us by registered mail. The responsibility for returning a product lies with the consumer.

How do I return or exchange my order?
Return the items within 14 days of receipt with packing slip to the address below. Make sure to include the packing slip.
