Pre-designed products
Are pre-designed products in stock?
Yes, most pre-designed items are available from stock. If a product is temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 9:00 PM are processed the same day. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order is usually delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can simply order the quantity offered on the product page. Ideal if you don’t want to purchase large amounts of stock.
Can pre-designed products be personalized?
No, pre-designed products have a fixed design. Want your own design? Then you can choose a custom product.
Can I combine pre-designed products with custom products in a single order?
Yes, you can combine them. Keep in mind that custom products take longer to deliver.

How long does it take to receive custom products?

How can I provide my design?
You can upload your design during the checkout process or send it via email. We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. Want to submit multiple designs? You can upload one design during checkout; if you have more, please email them after placing your order tohello@shippingstudio.comwith your order number.
Will my design be reviewed?
Yes, we always check if your file is technically suitable for production. If necessary, we will contact you.
Is it possible to get a sample before ordering?
For certain custom products, you can request a sample. Get in touch with us to arrange it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can usually modify pre-designed orders until they are shipped.
Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once the design is approved, as they are made just for you.
