Cancellation policy

At Shipping Studio, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shippingstudio.com and include your order number.

If the cancellation is processed in time, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may make use of our return policy.
